Care Workers needed in the Bristol & South Glos area…. Car Drivers Essential and must have own car.
We are looking for caring, responsible individuals to work with clients of all ages in their homes, assisting with tasks including personal care, community support, laundry, shopping visits and sitting services.
Carer’s will at times be required to move from area to area and be flexible to pick up additional hours when needed. A clean driving license & own transport is essential. Mileage is paid for in between client’s homes and a higher rate of mileage when accessing the community.
We need enthusiastic, mature individuals able to work part time hours to look to build towards full time if wanted. Shifts vary from early in a morning, afternoons, later in the evening and including weekends.
Previous experience is highly desirable and shadowing opportunities are available. Applicants must be available for a full 3 day induction course. In return successful applicants can expect: Training towards an NVQ/ Diploma, competitive rates of pay, including mileage & paid holiday. Monday to Friday £7 , Saturdays £8 per hour and Sundays £8.50, enhanced rates also for bank holidays.
If you are successful at interview you will be required to pay £44 for a CRB check to be processed which is essential to work in the healthcare and we will process this on your behalf!
